Mr. J McMullen formed A1R Services Ltd back in 2006, when it became a Limited company. The company is now solely owned and Managed by Mr Darren.G.Parker
Since its formation, it has grown steadily into the established company it is today. Its success has been built on the foundation of providing the best Quality equipment at competitive prices, backed by the highest level of installation workmanship and after sales service. The introduction of Mr. Darren.G.Parker as Technical Services Director over 4 years ago has moved the company forward and will ensure that the growth of the business and client base increases steadily over the coming years ahead and is now in full control of the business.

He is now supported by Mr David Knight Business Development Manager who joined the company a year ago and between the two parties there is some 75 years plus experience of the Trade knowledge and experience within this area with both of them also being time served Engineers.
We are approved contractors to many of the Local & Regional NHS Trust Health Authorities, Local Council Authorities and Universities in addition also approved contractors to blue chip clients.

Our approval by these customers, means that our standards of work and the equipment that we supply have been tried and tested to the highest level and are all CE Approved and branded products.
It also shows our competence to deliver the correct Health & Safety Policy for these sites and adhere to strict CDM 2007 rules & regulations and other issues on sites of this size and magnitude, where strict H&S policies are implemented on the Contractor. We also abide by all the codes of practice within the Industry based upon CIBSE and other authorized authorities.
It is our continued aim to improve still higher our standards by the investment in Computer software technology for service management, design and accounting within our company. We have installed the “Clik” Service & Management database facility for
recording all of our work and this has enabled us to achieve our BSI ISO9001:2008 accreditation.
Furthermore, we have also now achieved our Accreditation to BSI ISO 14001:2004 and BSI ISO 18001:2007 in all these elements which shows that our competence and quality management procedures in place ensures that all elements of the business are monitored and audited correctly.
In addition, we have also heavily invested in the Environmental issues that this country now faces. We are BESCA Accredited and this shows our commitment as a company to reduce Greenhouse gases. We have two competent and Accredited “AC Energy Assessor’s and Accredited Certifiers” to ensure that clients equipment is using the correct amount of energy and abides by all regulations.

And we are able to carry out all AC Inspections “in-house” and to the CIBSE TM44 guidelines and lodge reports to ensure complete compliance with the EPBD regulation.
